Delivery
Free standard delivery on all orders (UK only). Orders are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel. First class postage can be selected at the checkout for £1.20 per order. Guaranteed next day delivery can also be selected at the checkout for £6.90 per order.
All items for sale are in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our premises in Bristol, United Kingdom.
Orders placed by 2:00pm (9:00am on a Saturday) will be dispatched that day. Orders are carried by Royal Mail. If you opt for the Express Delivery option then your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will arrive by 1pm next working day guaranteed.
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail. European customers should receive your order in about 5-10 days, Rest of Word should take about 7-21 days.
The price displayed on each product page is the final price you will pay. We do not add any handling or other costs other than optional upgrades to a faster postage method.
Returns
We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations Act and you can return your order for any reason within 30 days for a full refund. If you upgraded your postage to a faster method the amount paid for the upgrade will not be refunded. Items should be returned unused and with all original packaging. We don't usually offer exchanges, however you are welcome to buy a new item and send the original back for a refund. For returns other than faulty items or wrong item sent, the return delivery postage is paid for by the buyer. Refunds are sent back to original payment source within 2 days to receipt. We inspect all returned items and those showing signs of soiling or obvious usage may not be refunded.
